Litchi pistachio icecream 🍨 Recently I tried the litchi pistachio gelato in gelato shop  and it was way to sweet but I loved the combination so I wanted to recreate this with icecream. This turned out so delicious 😋 Ingredients 100 gm Litchi 1 cup Whipping cream ½ cup Condensed milk  Chopped pistachio In a blender add the deseeded litchis blend it into you get pulpy mixture  Whip the whipping cream untill soft peaks and the condensed milk and litchi pulp and mix it well now add the chopped pistachio and gently fold the mixture again.  Now add it to the container and finish it with more chopped pistachios and freeze it for overnight. Once it's set scoop out the icecream serve it cold and cheers 🥂.
