Core Stability Program Video 3; Coordination (4 of 4)

Led by Primal 7’s resident physical therapist, Jenna Ellis, this program focuses on your core and how you can build mobility, stability, strength and control. Building upon what was covered in the Video One and Video Two videos, this part of the program is all about coordination. In it you’ll continue with reps, work on coordination, and ramp up the intensity. The goal of this last video is to challenge yourself, build endurance, and increase your power. Though this is the last video in the program, you may find that you’re never “done”. If you like how you feel after doing this routine, we encourage you to incorporate it into your daily routine. Regular practice will keep your core strong and stable, opening a door to a lifestyle of healthy everyday movements.
