Ingredients Bread 2 Slices Eggs - 3 Salt as per taste Pepper powder as per taste Chiliflakes Oregano Grated Carrot Grated Capsicum Butter Cheese Method: Take two slice of bread, from one bread remove the middle part in square shape. In a bowl mix 3 eggs, salt, pepper pwder, chilli flakes, oregano, grated carrot, grated capsicum and mix well In a pan apply butter and place the bread without the middle part. Put the egg mix in the middle and Cheese slice Put another slice of bread and cook Apply butter on both the sides of the bread and toast it. Healthy bread sandwich/omlette is ready to serve
