#RepentAndReturn, #MercyOfGod, #CatholicReflections, #DailyMassReadings, #TrustInChrist Today's Catholic Mass Readings & Gospel Reflection – Friday, October 3, 2025 Reading 1: Baruch 1:15–22 Resp: Psalm 79:1b–2, 3–5, 8, 9 Gospel: Luke 10:13–16 Friday of the Twenty-sixth Week in Ordinary Time Lectionary: 459 My dear brothers and sisters, today’s readings remind us that God is merciful, but He also calls us to take responsibility for our response to His Word. Like the exiles in Baruch, we must acknowledge our sins and seek forgiveness. Like the psalmist, we must cry out for mercy in faith. And like those who heard Jesus, we must never delay conversion, for rejecting God’s call closes the door to His blessings. Let us walk forward humbly, with contrite hearts and renewed trust in His mercy. Please join us again tomorrow as we continue our journey through Scripture. And if you have prayer requests, we invite you to share them with us so that our community can intercede together, especially for those most in need of God’s healing love. May the Lord bless you and keep you steadfast in His mercy until we meet again. This Gospel reflection is 100% original—written, produced, and owned by The Word Today TV.
