Today, a dish that is somewhat unfamiliar to me I made a barbecue dish Texas brisket. I was clumsy because it was my first time, but it was a wonderful success. It tasted a little strong to my taste, but it was really delicious^^ Questions about Brisket have been answered. If I have a chance to do it again next time, I think I can make a better Texas brisket^^
