I∆7 I7 IV∆7🎶Simple But Essential Movement🎸Inside and Outside Approaches🔥

This is sometimes referred to as a subdominant modulation, in other words, changing key from chord I to chord IV via a dominant 7 chord. This move is present in everything from the blues and rhythm changes, to Indiana and hundreds of other standards. Therefore it is essential that we can play effortlessly over this movement, and train our ears to hear all of the options available to us. In this video I will cover a few inside approaches and a few outside approaches, namely the family of four and the Coltrane changes.
