I stand around forever talking about which choice is more morally correct, but imo it's kind of a toss-up. The society isn't perfect, but at least there is one. As Ashur says, they have industry and trade. If the slaves take over the could lose everything. Also, Wehrner is a jerk for not telling us about the cure, but the raiders are even bigger jerks, and I want to kill them. So, I am going to side with the slaves.
