Trying the Ramen hack from a 3 Michelin Star Chef. Roasted Garlic Ramyeon (Chef Anh Sung-jae)

Ingredients (serves 1) - 1 bulb of garlic, sliced 1/5 from the top, husk intact 1 tbsp olive oil 1 pack Korean ramyeon (or any soup instant ramen) Any ingredients you like for your ramen (I used chicken franks & frozen spinach in this video) Chopped spring onions, garnish 1. Slice off about 1/5 from the top of the whole bulb of garlic. Wrap an aluminum foil over the garlic and drizzle olive oil all over. Seal the aluminum foil. 2. In an airfryer set to 200c, roast the garlic for about 25 minutes. 3. You can make more roasted garlic bulbs in advance to use on other dishes. Roasted garlic can be kept in an airtight container for up to 5 days in the fridge. 4. In a pot of 500ml water, squeeze the roasted garlic out and bring it to a gentle boil. 5. Add in the seasoning pack and the ingredients you like for your ramen. 6. Simmer for about 3 minutes, remove the garlic husk and add the instant noodles. 7. Turn off heat and add spring onions to garnish once noodles become al dente. #recipeforeverybody #easyrecipe #quickrecipes #quickmeals #simplerecipes #recipeideas #recipes #foodrecipe #recipeshorts #recipeshortseasy #easyrecipesfordinner #easyrecipesforlunch
