A symphony of flavors that will leave you wanting more. #OlpersDairyCream #GoodnessBarhao #FoodFusion #happycookingtoyou #digitalammi #pakistanicooking #bakraeidspecial Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/42ToNcA Serves 6-8 Recipe in English: Ingredients: Prepare Seekh Kababs: -Boneless beef cubes 500g -Pyaz (Onion) grated & squeezed ½ Cup -Adrak (Ginger) 2-inch piece -Hari mirch (Green chillies) 4-5 -Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 5-6 -Kacha papita (Raw papaya) paste 1 tbs -Breadcrumbs ½ Cup -Ajwain (Carom) powder ½ tsp -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp -Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste -Garam masala powder 1 tsp -Podina (Mint leaves) 1-2 tbs -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1-2 tbs -Olper’s Cream 1 tbs -Cooking oil 2-3 tbs Prepare Gravy: -Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup -Pyaz (Onion) fried ½ Cup -Hari mirch (Green chillies) 4-5 -Adrak (Ginger) 2-inch piece -Lehsan (Garlic) 5-6 cloves -Podina (Mint leaves) 1-2 tbs -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1-2 tbs -Lemon juice 1 tbs -Water 1 Cup or as required -Olper’s Cream 1 Cup -Cooking oil 1 tbs -Pyaz (Onion) thick slices 1 Cup -Shimla mirch (Capsicum) thick slices 1 Cup -Cooking oil ½ Cup -Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tbs -Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2 -Laung (Cloves) 3-4 -Tez patta (Bay leaves) 2 -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp -Garam masala powder ½ tsp -Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp -Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste -Water ¼ Cup or as required -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs -Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) ½ tbs -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped Directions: Prepare Seekh Kababs: -In a chopper,add beef,onion,ginger,green chillies,garlic,raw papaya paste,breadcrumbs,carom powder,red chilli powder,cumin seeds,salt,garam masala powder,mint leaves,fresh coriander,cream & chop well. -Grease hands with oil,take small quantity of mixture (55g) & skew it on metal skewer to make kabab (makes 14). -In a wok,add cooking oil & fry kababs on medium flame until light brown & set aside. Prepare Gravy: -In a blender jug,add yogurt,fried onion,green chillies,ginger,garlic,mint leaves,fresh coriander,lemon juice,water,cream,blend well & set aside. -In a wok,add cooking oil,onion,capsicum & sauté for 1-2 minutes & set aside. -In the same wok,add cooking oil,cumin seeds,cinnamon sticks,cloves,bay leaves & mix well. -Add blended paste,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes. -Add black pepper powder,red chilli crushed,garam masala powder,cardamom powder,salt,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes. -Add water,fresh coriander & mix well. -Add fried seekh kababs,cover & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes. -Add sauteed onion & capsicum & mix well. -Sprinkle dried fenugreek leaves,fresh coriander & serve! Recipe in Urdu: Directions: Prepare Seekh Kababs: -Chopper mein beef,pyaz,adrak,hari mirchein,lehsan,kacha papita paste,breadcrumbs,ajwain powder, lal mirch powder,zeera,namak,garam masala powder,podina,hara dhania aur cream dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein. -Haathon ko oil sa grease karein,mixture ki small quantity (55g) lein aur metal skewer per kabab bana lein (makes 14). -Karahi mein cooking oil dal dein aur kabab ko darmiyani ancch per light brown ho janay tak fry ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Prepare Gravy: -Blender jug mein dahi,fried pyaz,hari mirchein,adrak,lehsan,podina,hara dhania,lemon juice,pani aur cream dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Karahi mein cooking oil,pyaz aur shimla mirch dal ker 1-2 minutes kliya sauté ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Us he karahi mein cooking oil,zeer,darchini,laung aur tez patta dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Blended paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein. -Kali mirch powder,lal mirch crushed,garam masala powder,elaichi powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein. -Pani aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Fried seekh kababs dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein. -Sauteed pyaz & shimla mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Kasuri meethi aur hara dhania dal ker serve karein!
