Absolutely. π Full recipe below! π₯ Soft Homemade Burger Buns (makes 9β10 buns): β’ 240 g warm whole milk β’ 60 g warm water β’ 7 g instant yeast β’ 30 g sugar β’ 1 large egg β’ 45 g melted butter β’ 9 g salt β’ ~450 g bread flour (start with 425 g, add as needed) Instructions: 1. Mix warm milk + water. Stir in sugar and yeast. Let sit 5β10 min. 2. Add egg, melted butter, and salt. Mix. 3. Add flour gradually until dough is soft and slightly tacky. 4. Knead 10β15 min by hand or mixer until smooth and elastic. 5. Cover and rise until doubled (about 1β2 hrs). 6. Divide into 85β100 g balls, shape, and place on tray. 7. Cover and chill overnight or let rise again until puffy. 8. Bake at 375Β°F (190Β°C) for 15β18 min. 9. Brush with ghee or butter while warm. 10.
