
Low Carb, 30-Minute, Healthy Meal
Heres a quick, easy, and AFFORDABLE meal for lunch, dinner, or meal prep that's high in protein and low in carbs. It's so easy, you can make it in ONE pan. ๐ฅ: @micjamtuck ๐ท: @casspalmer Recipe Below โฌ๏ธ3 Servings Ingredients: 1 lb. Salmon Zucchini Noodles Chopped Tomatoes 1 TBSP Garlic Olive Oil Herbs of Choice Method: In a large pan, sautee garlic and tomatoes until fragrant. Add zucchini noodles and herbs then cover for 5-8 minutes until noodles are cooked through. While zucchini is cooking, prepare the salmon by adding salt, pepper, and herbs to both sides of the filet. Once noodles have finished cooking, add them to a plate and re-oil the pan. Add salmon and cook for 10 minutes, flipping half-way through.
