So I tried out hope you all like. Ingredients: 👉Suji (semolina)- 1cup (220gm) 👉grated coconut -2bowl 👉sugar- 1 bowl + 4-5 tbsp (or as per taste) 👉crushed Cardamon -1/2tbsp 👉crushed black pepper- 1/2 tbsp 👉salt as per taste 👉water- 2 cups 👉ghee-2tbsp 👉Fennel seeds (saunf)-1/2 tbsp 👉Oil to deepfry Procedure- 🍁Stuffing preparation: 👉heat a pan, add sugar along with 2tbsp of water . Melt in low flame 👉after the sugar melts, add grated coconut and cook a little to dry out the water part 👉add crushed Cardamon, crushed black pepper . Switch off the flame and cool it down completely. 🍁Dough preparation: 👉Heat a heavy-bottomed pan , pour 2cups of water, add 1/4 tbsp salt along with 4-5tbsp sugar , saunf and 1 tbsp of ghee 👉After the sugar melts, keep the flame in low and pour semolina (suji) gradually and stir continuously to avoid lumps 👉 keep stirring till it attains the consistency of a dough 👉Switch off the flame and cover it for 5mins to settle the dough 👉after 5mins, open the cover and cool the dough slightly 👉 knead it for 2mins, and make a soft dough 👉devide the dough into small size balls 🍁pitha preparation: 👉Apply some ghee or oil to palm and reshape the ball into a cup shape, fill the stuffing inside 👉press the edges towards the centre and close it, 👉press little to make flat shape in between your palm . stuffed suji balls are now ready 👉 Heat oil in a kadai and Deep fry the stuffed suji balls on medium flame till it turns golden brown from each sides 👉serve hot or cool and Enjoy 🥰 Suji Kakara pitha recipe ସୁଜି କାକରା ପିଠା Kakara pitha recipe Odia | semolina Kakra | Odia authentic
