🦵 40 Minute Leg Day Workout 🦵 | For Strength!
Today I have a leg workout for strength. We will focus on body weight exercises as our opener. Then complete 4 sets of dumbbell front squats and banded deadlifts. Our finisher includes cardio strength on our legs. We’ll move through other exercises such was the sumo squat, RDL, a lateral lunge, skier swings, skier slams, and more.
