Today’s Reflection on the Readings According to the gospel passage for today, the best way to get ready for the unpredictably approaching moment of death is to live as fully as possible in the presence of our ever-present God. Friends, let's give thanks to Jesus, our loving Savior, for enlightening us to our needs right now and for who we are. Yes, dear friends, let us all make an effort to look for Him more, recognise Him when we do, and respond to Him in every encounter with a person and every experience we have throughout the course of a day. As we journey inward to the "still point" of the soul today, dear friends, let's ask Jesus for his assistance in focusing on gratifying our good desires. Prayer Together with my family of "Mother Mary's Protection," Lord my loving Savior, I give you my sincere gratitude for the wonderful things you have accomplished. Lord, I ask that you assist us today when facing difficult challenges.
