Soft, golden, and melt-in-mouth Gulab jamuns - soaked in cardomom flavoured sugar syrup 😍 Perfect for every celebration or sweet cravings! Ingredients:- Mawa 500g (khoya) Paneer 200g Corn flour 4 tbsp Oil or ghee for fry Sugar 3 cups Water 3 cups Cardamom 1 tbsp Pinch of food color Saffron 5-6 strands -for sugar syrup, in a pan add sugar, water, cardamom, kesar, and food color. Boil till slightly sticky. Keep it warm. -to prepare dough, mix khoya, paneer, and corn flour. Knead into soft dough. -divide into small smooth balls.
