HOMEMADE HOT POT (SHABU SHABU)

๐‡๐จ๐ฆ๐ž๐ฆ๐š๐๐ž ๐‡๐จ๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ญ (๐–๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐Ÿ ๐’๐š๐ฎ๐œ๐ž๐ฌ) Soup Base: 6 cups water Lee Kum Kee Hotpot Soup Base (Black Pepper and Pork Bone) 1 medium onion 3-4 pcs shiitake mushrooms Vegetables and Meat: napa cabbage, sliced bokchoy shimeji mushroom enoki mushroom spring onion sliced tofu pork and beef sukiyaki hot pot balls mix udon or vermicelli noodles Peanut Sauce: 1/4 cup peanut butter water as needed 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tsp chili paste 1 tsp to 1 tbsp chopped garlic 1 tsp chopped spring onion 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tsp sesame seeds honey or sugar to taste Soy Sesame Sauce 3 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1/4 cup mirin 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tsp chili paste 1 tsp to 1 tbsp chopped garlic 1 tsp chopped spring onion 1. Prepare all ingredients. Wash and slice all vegetable and meat. Arrange everything on plates or trays, around the hot pot for easy cooking, separating the meat and vegetables. 2. In two separate bowls, prepare the peanut sauce and soy sesame sauce by mixing their ingredients. 3. In a large pot, prepare the soup base. Add the soup base ingredients and let it boil for around 5 minutes. 4. Place the ingredients accordingly and let them sit on the hot pot until cooked. Allow the pot to boil for at least 30 seconds to 1 minute after adding any raw meat or seafood.
