Serve it with warm roti or rice and enjoy a delicious meal with your family. 😋 📌 Ingredients: Chicken (Boneless) – 1 kg Onion – 1 (boiled & blended) Garlic Cloves – 6 Ginger – 1 piece Tomatoes – 4 Green Chilies – 3 Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp Salt – 1 tsp Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp Black Pepper – ½ tsp White Pepper – ½ tsp Meat Masala – 1 tsp 📌 Recipe: Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate with 1 tsp salt. Boil onion, ginger, garlic, green chilies, and tomatoes in 1.5 cups of water, then blend into a smooth paste. Heat 1 cup oil in a pan, fry the chicken, then add the blended onion-tomato paste. Cook for 10 minutes until the excess water dries up. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, and coriander powder, then fry for 3 minutes. Add the blended paste and cook until oil separates on the surface. Add black pepper, white pepper (½ tsp each), and meat masala (1 tsp) for extra flavor.
