For the Modak Filling: • In a Nonstick Pan add Khoya, Prepared Pistachio Paste and Saffron Milk and mix it till the mixture releases ghee. • Then, add 1- 2 drops of Green Food Color and mix well. • Let the mixture cool. • Then add Powdered Sugar and Cinnamon Powder and mix well. • Grease the mold with ghee and fill it with the Modak Mixture. Remove the Modak out and do the same with all of them. • Your Kesar- Pistachio Modaks are Ready!!!
