Healthy Fusion⭕    / @healthyfoodfusion   Food Fusion Kids⭕    / @foodfusionkids   Serves 4-6 Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Aloo (Potatoes) medium 1 kg -Water as required -Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste -Haldi (Turmeric) powder ¼ tsp -Chaat masala 2 tsp -Zarda ka rang (Yellow food color) ¼ tsp -Sugar powdered ½ tsp -Lal mirch (Red chilli) powder ½ tsp or to taste -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & rushed 1 tsp -Lal mirch (Red chilli) cushed ½ tsp -Chicken powder 1 tsp -Water 2 Cups -Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) 1 tbs -Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste -Chaat masala 1 tsp -Tatri (Citric acid) ¼ tsp -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped -Lemon juice Direction: -In a wok,add potatoes,water,cover & boil on medium flame for 7-8 minutes then strain,peel & set aside. -In a bowl,add pink salt,turmeric powder,chat masala,yellow food color,sugar,red chilli powder, coriander seeds,red chilli crushed,chicken powder,mix well & set aside. -In a jug,add water,tamarind pulp,pink salt,chaat masala,citric acid,mix well & set aside. -In a bowl,add potatoes,mash well with the help of masher & sprinkle prepared masala. -In a serving plate,add spicy mashed potatoes,khatai water,sprinkle fresh coriander,lemon juice & serve! Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Aloo (Potatoes) medium 1 kg -Water as required -Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste -Haldi (Turmeric) powder ¼ tsp -Chaat masala 2 tsp -Zarda ka rang (Yellow food color) ¼ tsp -Sugar powdered ½ tsp -Lal mirch (Red chilli) powder ½ tsp or to taste -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & rushed 1 tsp -Lal mirch (Red chilli) cushed ½ tsp -Chicken powder 1 tsp -Water 2 Cups -Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) 1 tbs -Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste -Chaat masala 1 tsp -Tatri (Citric acid) ¼ tsp -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped -Lemon juice Direction: -Karahi mein aloo aur pani dal dein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per 7-8 minutes kliya boil ker lein phir strain ker ka peel ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Bowl mein pink salt,haldi powder,chaat masala,zarda ka rang,cheeni,lal mirch powder,sabut dhania, lal mirch crushed aur chicken powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Jug mein pani,imli pulp,pink salt,chaat masala aur tatri dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein. -Bowl mein aloo dal dein aur masher ki madada sa ache tarhan mash ker lein lein aur tayyar masala chirak dein. -Serving plate mein spicy mashed aloo,kahrai water,hara dhania aur lemon juice dal ker serve karein!
