How to deal with grief and loss of your loved one | The process to overcome and cope with death
Hey loves🥰 I'll be sharing tips on how I deal with grief and loss, I hope this video will help someone out here and I believe that you will heal. My experience on How I dealt with grief and loss: 1. Understand that Grief is a process, therefore do not rush to heal 2. Express your emotions – It is okay, not to be okay do not be afraid to cry and express how you feel 3. Maintain your functional abilities 4. Remember you are not alone You have family and friends that you can talk to Seek professional help 5. Social environment Don't feel hopeless, there is always someone you can talk with -play the greatest impact on our lives -make your loved one proud of you 6. Stages of grief By Elizabeth Kubler-Ross Denial and shook Anger Bargaining Depression Acceptance 7. Set new goals Take care of yourself and forgive 8. Be active Exercise and do stretches Write a journal or dairy 9. Praying and reading bible Matthew 11: 28-30 Then Jesus Said “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I an humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give is light. Psalms 34:18 The Lord is close to the broken-hearted; he rescues those whose spirits are crushed. Psalms 30:5 For his anger lasts only a lifetime! Weeping may last through the night but joy comes with the morning. Revelation 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the lamb and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto death.
