Easy scones recipe 1 3/4C self-raising flour 2 1/2 Tbs butter 1.5 Tbs castor sugar Pinch of salt 150ml Milk Mix the flour and butter in a bowl with your hands. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix with a knife. Once combined it'll be quite sticky. Knead the dough very lightly with flour on the counter a few times and roll it out 2 cm thick. Cut out your dough with a cookie cutter. Place waxing paper in a dish and bake at 180°C for 13 to 15 minutes. Enjoy!! #scone #sconerecipe #baking #bake #dough #easybaking
