Angelic Music || Holy Frequency 111Hz || Healing with Sound

To fully receive the benefits of this sound healing and hear the lower tones/frequencies, I recommend using headphones or speakers. This is a sound healing transmission using Tibetan singing bowls tuned in C (for the root chakra), E (for the Solar Plexus Chakra) and A (for the Third Eye Chakra), as well as 111hz (hertz) which is known as the Holy Frequency. Studies done with MRI scans show that at precisely 111hz, the brains prefrontal cortex turns off and temporarily switches from left to right side dominance, which is responsible for intuition, creativity and inducing states of trance. This shift releases endorphins, impacts empathy and social behaviors. It is the main firing frequency of the cells in the cerebellum, otherwise known as the Zeal point chakra or 'mouth of God'. I invite you to give yourself permission to take a pause in your day and allow yourself to get comfortable, whether that's lying down, sitting or standing... Just allow yourself to take this moment for YOU, breathing deeply with a long and relaxed exhale... Becoming aware of your body, your breath, the earth beneath you and your surroundings... My name is Courtney Young, and I am a mother, singer, sound therapist, song weaver and alchemist. Whether it was singing, song writing, playing instruments or producing music as a child, I always found it fascinating how you could paint a tapestry with the brush of feeling and then upon listening back to it, it creates the same feeling/energy (at any time or place and with anyone). Music helps us to relax, release, process and integrate emotions in such a swift and subliminal way! I feel like I realized from a young age that sound not only has the ability to help us move through our emotions, but when used in a conscious way it can also heal us at a deep level and has the power to change our entire molecular makeup. To be fully embodied and living in creative flow in this human experience is our birthright and it’s my belief that expressing ourselves through sound, play, dance (whatever it may be for you) is what makes us so powerful as living Men and Women. The intentional act of getting out of our own way, allowing ourselves to fully drop into the present moment like a wonder filled and curious child ultimately invites us into a deeper relationship with our multidimensional selves and thus the creative life force energy that lives through all of us.
