Ingredients For the wings 2 lbs organic chicken wings 1 tbsp hickory salt or kosher salt 1 tbsp black pepper 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp onion powder 1 tbsp smoked paprika 1 tsp cayenne pepper 1 tbsp all purpose seasoning Avocado cooking spray For the sauce 2 cups Franks Red Hot Sauce 1 tbsp ghee/clarified butter 2 tbsp plain non-fat Greek yogurt 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp all purpose seasoning 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce Season your wings. Place wings into an air fryer and spray with cooking spray. Air fry at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Flip at the ten minute mark and spray the other side.
