Lauki (Bottle Gourd) - 1 Medium 2. Full Fat Milk - 1 Liter 3. Cashews (Crushed) 12-15 4. Saffron Threads - 5-6 threads 5. Desi Ghee - 2 tbsp 6. Sugar - 1/2 Cup 7. Green Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp Method: 1.In a heavy bottom pan add ghee and fry cashews and grated lauki for 5-6 mins 2. Add milk and let it boil 3. When milk boils, add sugar 4. Boil on medium to low flame for 30 - 45 mins or until the milk reduces to half 5. Lauki Kheer is ready. Serve warm or chilled.
