Today’s workout was ALL about deep stretching, mobility & strength! 💪🏾 Started at LA Fitness with a 10-min sauna warm-up to loosen up, then went into a full-body stretch routine to improve flexibility & recovery. After that, I hit 1.5 miles on the elliptical, then pushed through 380lbs on the leg press! Finished strong with another sauna session & infrared heat therapy at home.
