Ingredients: 1 can Southwest Style Canned Corn 1 can Creamed Corn 1 cup Sour cream 1 Box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix 1/2 cup Cotija cheese 1 tsp Chili powder 1 tsp Tajin 2 tbs Lime juice 1/2 cup Melted Butter 2 Eggs Cilantro Jalapẽno Cotija Cheese In a bowl add, southwest corn, creamed corn, sour cream, Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, Sour Cream, cotija cheese, chili powder, tajin, lime juice, melted butter, and egg. Stir until combined.
