Squat down with a straight lower back, grasping a kettlebell with each hand. 3. Tightening the muscles of the legs, back, and arms, pull the kettlebells up off the floor. 4. Extend the knees, hips, and back fully at the top of the lift. 5. Slowly lower the kettlebells back down to the starting position. 6. Repeat as many times as necessary.
