Today I am going to share with you a technique on how you can fry Begun with nominal oil without losing its taste. Foods Funda ------------------------------- RECIPE: Begun Bhaja | বেগুন ভাজা | बैंगन भाजा | बैंगन फ्राई | Brinjal Fry INGREDIENTS: ۞ Brinjal: 1 pcs ۞ Besan flour: 1 tbsp ۞ Mustard Oil: 1 tbsp ۞ Salt as per taste PROCEDURE: 01. Cut the Begun/Brinjal in a ring shape 02. Mix some salt and keep it for 15 to 20 mins 03. Now add Besan flour and create a thin coating on each Begun slice 04. Heat some Mustard Oil in a pan and place the coated Began slice on it 05. Cover the pan for 4 to 5 mins and cook it at low flame 06. Flip the other sides of Begun and cover it again for another 4 to 5 mins 07. Check both sides should be soft. 08. Now fry both the sides at medium flame until color comes golden brown 09.
