You can find the 🔗’s to the supplies I used here! https://urlgeni.us/amazon/D75zE Chocolate Chip Banana Spinach Muffins Ingredients •2 small bananas •2 cups of lightly packed baby spinach•3/4 cup milk•1/3 cup honey•2 tablespoons melted butter•2 eggs•1 teaspoon vanilla extract•1 cup rolled oats•1 teaspoon baking soda•1/8 teaspoon salt •1 cup flour •Mini chocolate chips Directions 1)Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F and line or grease your muffin tin. 2)Place all ingredients into a blender except the flour, baking soda, salt and chocolate chips. Blend until very smooth! 3)Pour your mixture into a bowl and then add in your flour, baking soda, & salt. Once everything is mixed together pour your batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup 3/4 full. Then sprinkle your chocolate chips on top. 4)Bake for 15 -18 minutes until they are lightly brown around the edges. 5)Let cool and enjoy! Frozen Yogurt Granola Cups 🫐 Ingredients •3 cups yogurt •1 cup blueberries •2 cups granola •1/3 cup peanut butter •1/3 cup honey Directions 1)Combine your granola, peanut butter, and honey. 2)Spoon mixture into your muffin mold. 3)Mash your blueberries and then mix it into your yogurt. 4)Freeze for four hours and enjoy! Strawberry Chocolate Protein Balls 🍓 Ingredients •2 cups old-fashioned oats •1 1/2 cups peanut butter •1/3 cup honey •1/4 chia seeds •1/3 cup chocolate protein powder •1/4 cup ground flaxseed •1/2 cup freeze dried strawberries & blueberries Directions 1)Lightly blend oats in a food processor. 2)Add all of the ingredients together and mix until combined. 3)Roll into bite sized balls and enjoy!
