[ DAY 13 ] EASY Costco Rotisserie Chicken Pho 🍜✨ Thanks for following! ✨ Easy Costco Rotisserie Chicken Pho recipe: ingredients: • 2 cartons pho/chicken broth • 3 ginger slices • 1 Costco rotisserie chicken • 2 tbsp green onions, choppd • 1 bag bean sprouts • 1 handful wide rice noodles • 1 lime wedge • fish sauce (to taste) instructions: 1. Remove all of the meat from the rotisserie chicken and shred it into a large bowl. 2. In a large stock pot, add whatever spices you have on hand from this list (bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon stick, star anise) and toast for 30 secs on medium low heat (optional). 3. Add chicken or pho broth, ginger slices & chicken bones to the pot. Turn heat to medium high and once it starts to boil, turn heat down to low and simmer for 30 minutes. 4. After 30 minutes, taste the broth and add fish sauce if it needs more flavour. 5. In another pot of water, cook rice noodles & bean sprouts. 6. Assemble bowl with noodles, bean sprouts, broth, & chicken meat. Garnish with green onions & a lime wedge. Enjoy! This is one of my favorite hacks for a cozy meal at home.
