Tying a Red Macaw CDC Sedge -a great dry fly for trout and grayling

More about this fly on my blog here: https://www.flytying.ro/red-macaw-cdc... I received this fly more than 20 years ago from Mouche Devaux - France. Only 2 flies tied on size #16. I had a lot of trout and grayling on it till I lost them. After 2 years I received another 2 from Mouche Devaux . I carefully cut the fly to try to find which was the materials used. After I wrote several emails in a few months I received the recipe. I was trilled. Now I have a full row with this CDC Sedge in my box dedicated for sedge flies :)
