We've tested the recipe, and it's absolutely delicious—especially fresh and warm. Happy baking to everyone! 😊🍴 You can find more recipes on my channel. ;) Don't forget to subscribe and press the icon to find out all my upcoming recipes. ‪@DailyDelight24‬ Cinnamon rolls Ingredients: (Makes about 12) For the dough: 500 g flour 7 g dry yeast 70 g sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 250 ml lukewarm milk 75 g melted margarine 1 egg For the filling: 100 g soft butter 150 g brown sugar 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon Prepare the dough: In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, yeast and salt. Add the lukewarm milk, melted margarine and egg. Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour. Place the dough in a large bowl, cover with a kitchen towel and let it rise until it has doubled in volume. Prepare the filling: In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Melt the butter separately, as it will be used to spread on the dough. Shape the cinnamon rolls: Once the dough has risen, place it on a floured work surface, knead it lightly and roll it out into a rectangle (about. 40x30 cm). Brush the dough lightly with water and then cover with the melted butter. Spread the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the dough. Roll the dough tightly into a roll. Cut the roll into about 12 equal-sized pieces and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cover the rolls with a kitchen towel and let them rise for a further 30-40 minutes. Bake: Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven). Bake the cinnamon rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. (Tip: keep an eye on them as they may finish cooking faster.) Tips: Serve the cinnamon rolls fresh while they are still warm and soft. If you have any leftovers, reheat them in the oven or microwave the next day to make them soft and fresh again.
