A routine PlayDate between suburban dads turns into an explosive thrill drive in #playDate ;the new action-comedy that pairs unlikely duos, Kevin James and Alan Ritchson. In the first Trailer for the Prime video movie, an ordinary afternoon spirals into chaos when James's hapless accountant and Ritchson 's skilled stay-at-home home dad find themselves targeted by professional hitmen, leading to some outrageous action sequences involving everything from minivan chases to playground warfare. Alan Ritchson, who rocketed to stardom as the lead in prime video's hit series "Reacher", brings his action hero physicality to the comedy genre, while James ("king of Queens;Paul Blart: Mall Cop") returns to everyman comedy roots. The film is helmed by Luke Greenfield , known for directing action-comedy hybrid "Lets Be Cops" and 'The Girl Next Door ", and features a supporting cast including Isla Fisher ("wedding Crashers") and Sarah Chalke ("Scrubs").
