Going backwards!! Day 38 247.8 Lost 2.2 lbs Water fasting Back on track!! Day 39 244.0 Lost 3.8lbs Water fast The goal is consistent weight loss with a mix of extended fasting, snake diet with snake juice, intermittent fasting, and OMAD or one meal a day for the losing weight fast. I have to cure this addiction. I am creating a playlist data base with other youtubers that are experts in the fields of fasting, intermittent fasting, OMAD, weight loss as well as exercise and weight lifting. Some of my favorites: Dr. Berg, Fledge Fitness, Thomas Delauer, Dr. Jason Fung, Dr. Boz AFTER I get to 199 I want to do OMAD or intermittent fasting with one of the following eating windows: 23/1 18/6 16/8 or 20/4 I think I can follow these intermittent eating plan for life. We shall see. The water fasting is a temporary fix to get rid of weight. I would like to do them after maintenance here and there even after weight loss. I know dry fasting is healthy in cell/health repair so I would like to do that at least once time every other month.
