10-Minute Single-Serve Red Velvet Cookie (Eggless) Ingredients: Wet ingredients: • 1 tbsp melted butter • 1/2 tbsp powdered white sugar • 1 tbsp brown sugar • 2 & 1/4 tsp milk • very few drops of vinegar (2-3 drops ) • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence • 1/8 tsp red food coloring Dry ingredients: • 2 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour • 1/2 tsp cornstarch • 1/2 tsp cocoa powder • pinch of baking soda Mix-ins: • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips • 1 tbsp white chocolate chips Instructions: 1. Mix Wet Ingredients: Combine the melted butter, powdered white sugar, brown sugar, milk, vinegar, vanilla essence, and red food coloring in a bowl. Mix well. 2. Add Dry Ingredients: Sift in the flour, cornstarch, cocoa powder, and baking soda. Mix until fully incorporated. 3. Fold in the Chocolate: Add the dark and white chocolate chips to the batter and fold gently. 4. Prepare for Baking: Scoop the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Stuff the center with frozen chocolate if needed 5. Bake: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F): • For a slightly undercooked cookie: Bake for 10 minutes. • For a completely cooked cookie: Bake for 13 minutes. 6.
