Ingredients (4 servings): • 3 cups ripe mango chunks (fresh or frozen) • ½ cup water • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons) • ¼ cup honey or sugar (adjust to taste) • Optional: pinch of salt for balance Instructions: 1. Blend: In a blender, combine mango, water, lemon juice, and honey/sugar. Blend until smooth. 2. Taste & Adjust: Add more lemon for tang or more honey/sugar for sweetness. 3. Freeze: Pour mixture into a shallow container, cover, and freeze for 3–4 hours. • Every 30–45 minutes, stir with a fork to break up ice crystals for a smooth sorbet. • Or, if you have an ice cream maker, churn according to instructions. 4. Serve: Scoop into bowls, garnish with mint or lemon zest, and enjoy!
