Tomato Rice | Tomato Bath | Tomato Rice Recipe | Tomato Pulao | Tomato Bath Recipe | Tamatar Rice - #tomatorice #tomatobath #tomatoricerecipe #tomatopulao #tomatobathrecipe #tamatarrice #tomatobiryani #tamatoricerecipe #tomotorice #tomatofriedrice #simpletomatorice #tomatoricebath #tamatorice #thakalirice #thakkalibiryani Ingredients : 1 cup basmati rice (बासमती चावल) 2 tbs ghee (घी) 2 star anise (चक्रफूल) 1 inch cinnamon stick (दालचीनी) 2 cardamoms (इलायची) 5 to 6 cloves (लौंग) 1 bay leaf (तेज पत्ता) 1 tbs fennel seeds (सौंफ के बीज) 1 tbs cumin seeds (जीरा) 1 tbs red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) 1/2 cup tomato ketchup (टमाटर केचअप) or tomato puree (प्यूरी) 2 tbs split bengal gram (चना दाल) 4 tbs of split black gram (उड़द दाल) 10 to 12 cashew (काजू) 1/4 tbs of asafoetida (हींग) 1.5 cups water (पानी) salt (नमक), as per taste Method : Take 1 cup of washed basmati rice (बासमती चावल) Pour water (पानी) Soak for 25 to 30 min Take 2 tbs of ghee (घी) Add 2 star anise (चक्रफूल) Add 1 inch of cinnamon stick (दालचीनी) Add 2 cardamoms (इलायची) Add 5 to 6 cloves (लौंग) Add 1 bay leaf (तेज पत्ता) Add 1 tbs of fennel seeds (सौंफ के बीज) Add 1 tbs of cumin seeds (जीरा) Roast it Add 1 tbs of red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) Add 1/2 cup of tomato ketchup (टमाटर केचअप) or tomato puree (प्यूरी) Add soaked & washed rice Add 1.5 cups of water (पानी) Add salt (नमक), as per taste Mix it well Bring it to boil (उबलना) Cover & cook the rice till it can split with your fingers Cover a lid & keep aside Take 2 tbs of ghee (घी) in a pan Add 2 tbs of split bengal gram (चना दाल) Add 10 to 12 cashew (काजू) Roast it until it turn golden brown colour Add 4 tbs of split black gram (उड़द दाल) Roast it until it turn golden brown colour Add 1/4 tbs of asafoetida (हींग) Turn off the gas flame Transfer it into the cooked rice Mix it well Cover & cook rice completely Delicious & tasty tomato rice is ready
