Music: Glitter Blast Musician: Kevin MacLeod RECIPE: Ingredients · 1 (8-oz) tube of refrigerated Crescent Roll Dough · 1 (8-oz) wheel of brie · Canola oil, to brush or spray pan · Flour, for surface to roll out dough · ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce (homemade or canned) · ¼ cup chopped pecans · 6 sprigs rosemary, cut into 1” pieces Instructions Preheat your oven to 375°F/190⁰C (350°F/175⁰C if using the Brownie Bite Pan or any darker pan). Cut brie into small pieces, chop pecans, and cut rosemary into 1-inch pieces. Brush or spray pan lightly with oil. Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface, and pinch the seams together, use Pizza cutter to cut into 24 squares. Place squares into Brownie Bite Pan or other small muffin tin. Place one piece of brie onto each square of dough, top with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce, chopped pecans and one small sprig of rosemary. Bake 15 minutes, or until crescent dough is golden brown. Remove from the oven, serve immediately.
