If you love meat and all things delicious, then you're gonna love this dish! It's an authentic Korean style barbecue beef called bulgogi (불고기). Bulgogi meat has a subtly sweet flavor due to the sugar in the dish, and the juices that run off from the meat mixed with rice is super tasty! Bul 불 actually means fire and gogi 고기 means meat! So, if you directly translate it, it means fire meat! So strange because it's not spicy at all.. I also like to make ssam 쌈 with bulgogi meat, rice, garlic, and doenjang 된장 (which is a fermented soybean paste). Ssam is basically a lettuce wrap!
