Add them to a chopper and finely chop them. Next, slice 500g of mushrooms and keep them aside. Heat a pan and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the chopped garlic, green chili, and onions, sautéing until the onions turn pink. Once done, add the sliced mushrooms and sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix well and cook the mushrooms until they turn brown. Allow the mushrooms to release and dry up their moisture completely. Once the water has evaporated, turn off the heat and transfer the cooked mushrooms to a plate. In a separate pan, heat 2 teaspoons of butter along with a little olive oil. Add the blended oat powder and roast it on low flame for about 2 minutes. Gradually add 500ml of milk in batches, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Once all the milk is added, mix in ¼ teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, and fresh coriander leaves. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now, add the cooked mushrooms to the creamy mixture. Mix well and cover the pan, allowing it to cook for 1 more minute. For serving, prepare garlic bread by slicing a loaf and toasting it on a pan with butter until crispy and golden brown. Your Creamy Mushroom dish is ready to enjoy!
