Easy Major Pentatonic Guitar Solo

I've been working on your weekly guitar lesson intro songs from your main YouTube channel at, "Creative Guitar Studio." And, I appreciate that you keep them basic (without crazy licks or shred stuff). But, the main scale that I'm trying to solo with right now is the, Major Pentatonic. I have a lot of trouble with it. So, could you compose a short, "Guitar Solo," from the Major Pentatonic Scale? Gerry V. – Traverse City, Michigan A). The Major Pentatonic, as well as, the Minor Pentatonic, are extremely important foundational scales for improvisation. Guitar players need to learn them all over the fingerboard. Pentatonic scales also need to be studied in melodies and applied over progressions. One thing I've noticed in teaching guitar for over 20 yrs., is that scales can easily be forgotten. And, sometimes they're not fully memorized for use under pressure (like we need to know them for when we're soloing). By practicing basic solos, melodic lines and by memorizing them, we develop sure-fire ways to really get these scales up to a very high level. In this lesson I've composed a 12-bar melody using the, "A Major," Pentatonic Scale.
