2016 - 2022 Chevy Malibu Radio Install

Parts used listed in the description below! Watch a full tutorial as a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu will have a brand new Pioneer touch screen double din radio installed. We will be using the Pioneer AVH-2300NEX which features Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. We also will be retaining the factory amplifier (non Bose), backup camera, and steering wheel control buttons. This video applies to Chevy / Chevrolet Malibu models for years 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022. This video also includes radio removal, wiring, installation, and testing. ***NOTE--For other models with Bose or other trim levels, we suggest pulling the radio to analyze what type of harnesses are connected to the radio. GM has a variation of harnesses depending on the trim level, from gray and yellow (like ours), to gray and green, to a large black harness, it may vary. we will link the variations in the parts section below.
