Super Moist Fruit Cake Recipe for Christmas /Simple and Easy Boiled Fruit Cake Recipe 🎄4 Ingredient Christmas Cake🎄 By @kirlysuesKitchen Ingredients 1kg mixed fruit (think sultanas, currants, raisins, and candied peel, yum!) 600ml of ANY liquid (get creative here! Orange juice, ginger beer, decaf coffee, any flavour liquid you choose ) 1 tbsp mixed spice 3 cups / 360g self-raising flour Instructions Soak the mixed fruit in your chosen liquid overnight in the fridge. The next day, Preheat your oven to 180°C/ 350f / Gas Mark 4 Add the flour and the mixed spice to your soaked, fruits mixture. Give it a good stir to make sure everything is well combined. Grease a baking tin and pour in your mixture. bake for approximately 60 - 90 minutes.
