
ARMS + BELLY + LEGS: 15-MINUTE KIDS WORKOUT
A single training for kids to work three parts of the body at the same time: arms, belly and legs! This is a 3-in-1 workout to help kids burn fat and strengthen their muscles and bones. When we use more than two muscle groups to exercise, the fat burning process can happen faster. This routine will tone the little ones' arms and legs and burn a lot of belly fat. The workout starts with a simple warm-up followed by compound exercises for each muscle group, and we'll do fast-paced cardio movements in between to burn off excess fat.
