It is a soft, creamy cake, very creamy and its flavor only improves within the days. Ingredients: 630g. cream cheese 180g. of sugar 30g. of flour (sifted) 1 egg yolk 4 eggs 350g. of heavy cream 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. of salt *ingredients must be at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 220ºc. you can use a mixer, but I prefer doing it by hand. With a spatula, mix the cheese, soften it and add the ingredients in the same order in which they appear on the list. Each ingredient is added until it is well incorporated and then the next one. The sugar is mixed until it is no longer felt when touching the cream with your fingers. The flour is incorporated sifted. The egg yolk first and then add each egg one by one. Then the cream little by little. To finish, the vanilla and salt. Once everything is well mixed, pour the mixture into the mold, which is hit a little on the surface so that the mixture is well distributed. Bake at 220º for 27 to 30 minutes approx. When you take it out, it can move a little and it should move like jelly, that's a sign that it's good, creamy. Let it cool and then refrigerate until the next day. Hope you enjoy it 😋
