Cinnamon Rolls Recipe For the dough: 1 cup bread flour 3 cups all purpose flour 2 1/4 tsp yeast 1 tsp salt 1/4 cup sugar 1 egg 1 cup milk 1/4 cup melted butter 1 tbsp butter to brush on top of the cinnamon rolls after shaping/before baking For the filling: 2 tbsp butter 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon powder For the glaze: 2 tbsp unsalted butter at room temperature 1/2 cup cream cheese at room temperature 1 cup powdered sugar 3 tbsp warm milk 1 tsp vanilla extract Bake it at 350 deg F for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
