Now make the perfect degi style achar gosht just like you get at weddings. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #digitalammi #achargosht Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3EmVjtr Visit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook:   / foodfusionpk   Instagram:   / foodfusionpk   Twitter:   / foodfusionpk   Also follow ‪@HealthyFoodFusion‬ & ‪@FoodFusionKids‬ for healthy food & kid's special recipes. 00:00 Degi Achar Gosht 00:10 Blend tomatoes 00:21 Prepare Achar masala 01:34 Prepared Gravy masala 02:59 Aray waah Serves 6-8 Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Tamatar (Tomatoes) 3 medium -Methi dana (Fenugreek seeds) 1 tsp -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) 1 & ½ tbs -Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 & ½ tbs -Saunf (Fennel seeds) 1 & ½ tbs -Kalonji (Nigella seeds) 1 tbs -Rai dana (Mustard seeds) yellow 2 tsp -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tbs -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste -Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 2 tsp -Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder ½ tbs -Chaat masala 1 tsp -Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste -Garam masala powder 1 tsp -Tatri (Citric acid) ¼ tsp -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp -Lemon juice 2-3 tbs -Sarson ka tel (Mustard oil) 1 & ½ tbs -Hari mirch (Green chillies) 9-10 -Cooking oil ½ Cup -Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 large -Lehsan (Garlic) crushed ½ tbs -Adrak (Ginger) crushed ½ tbs -Dahi (Yogurt) 250g -Chicken mix boti 1 kg -Water 1 Cup or as required -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs -Lemon juice 1 tbs -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped Directions: -In a chopper,add tomatoes,chop well & set aside. -In a spice mixer,add fenugreek seeds,coriander seeds,cumin seeds,fennel seeds & grind coarsely. -Take out in a bowl,add nigella seeds,mustard seeds,red chilli crushed,red chilli powder,coriander powder,Kashmiri red chilli powder,chaat masala,salt,garam masala powder,citric acid,turmeric powder & mix well. -Take out half quantity in a bowl & reserve for later use. -In remaining spice mix,add lemon juice,mustard oil & mix well. -Slit green chillies from the center,remove seeds and stuffed with prepared spice mix & set aside. -In a pot,add cooking oil,onion & fry until light golden. -Add garlic,ginger & mix well. -Add pureed tomatoes,yogurt,reserved spice mix & mix well,cover & cook on low flame until oil separates (8-10 minutes). -Add chicken,mix well & cook on medium flame for 10-12 minutes. -Add water,mix well & bring it to boil. -Add fresh coriander,stuffed green chillies,cover & cook on medium flame for 12-15 minutes. -Add lemon juice,mix well & cook on high flame until oil separates. -Garnish with fresh coriander & serve! Recipe in Urdu: Directions: -Chopper mein tamatar dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Spice mixer mein methi dana,sabut dhania,zeera & saunf dal ker coarsely grind ker lein. -Bowl mein nikal lein,kalonji,rai dana,lal mirch crushed,lal mirch powder,dhania powder,Kashmiri lal mirch powder,chaat masala,namak,garam masala powder,tatri aur haldi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Half quantity ko bowl mein nikal lein aur bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakhd ein. -Remining spice mix mein lemon juice aur sarson ka tel dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Hari mirch ko bech mein sa slit laga ker seeds nikal lein aur tayyar spice mix bhar dein & side per rakh dein. -Pot mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal dein aur light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein. -Lehsan aur adrak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Pureed tamatar,dahi aur reserved spice mix dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes). -Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 10-12 minutes kliya paka lein. -Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein. -Hara dhania aur stuffed hari mirchein dal ker dhak dein aur darmiyani ancch per 12-15 minutes kliya paka lein. -Lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tez ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein. -Hara dhania dal ker serve karein!
