Ingredients: 1.5 tbsp maple syrup ½ cup natural peanut butter (or other nut butter of choice) 1.5 tbsp coconut oil Instructions: Combine nut butter and coconut oil in small dish Warm in microwave until smooth and melted Stir in maple syrup Pour into pan or molds Place in freezer for a minimum 10 min until set Remove from tray and enjoy!
