This dish takes everything you love about chicken fajitas and puts it on fluffy, toasted slider buns. Fresh chicken breast is sliced and seasoned with a bold blend of savory Tex-Mex spices and tangy lime juice before getting a good sear on the grill, along with a colorful mix of crisp onion and sweet bell peppers. After the ingredients are tender and slightly charred, it’s topped with loads of creamy, melted Mexican cheese, loaded onto buns and served up hot for quick and easy snacking.
