Mawa Cake recipe with homemade Mawa Preparation Time - 15 mins Baking Time - 50 mins INGREDIENTS For Mawa Milk - 1/4 Cup Butter - 1/2 tbsp Milk Powder - 1/2 Cup For Cake Wheat flour- 1.5 Cups Baking Powder - 1 & 1/4 tsp Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp Chopped Nuts - 1/2 Cup Butter - 1/4 Cup Oil - 1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar - 1 Cup Curd - 1/2 Cup Milk - 1/2 Cup Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tbsp RECIPE 1.For instant mawa heat butter in a pan, add milk and mix it once. Add milk powder and cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes until mawa leaves the pan. Let it cool before using for cake. 2.In a mixing bowl sieve together Wheat flour, baking powder and soda,sugar seive them. 3.Add oil,butter,curd mix them and add milk in batches. 4.Add mawa into d batter. 5.Add cardamom powder & mix the batter gently. 6.Add batter to greased pan and also add nuts. Tap it few times. 7.Kadhai - Bake on low to medium flame in a preheated kadhai for 50- 55 minutes. 8.Mawa cake is ready to serve. Consume within 2 days .
